Online Mental Wellness & Burnout Coach Services

Working together.

Personalized one-on-one coaching, by phone or video call, at a pace that works for you.

People come to me for many reasons. Some are burnt out and can't remember the last time they felt like themselves. Some are struggling with anxiety, low mood, or the kind of loneliness that's hard to explain. Some are overwhelmed by financial stress, relationship strain, or the feeling that life is passing them by.

But underneath a lot of it, I've noticed something else — a quiet grief for a slower, simpler way of life. Today's world is more complicated than it should be, and not showing any signs of slowing down. Constant noise and screens competing for our attention, reduced time spent in nature, and the expectation to be always available is taking its toll. Many of us remember a calmer world where we could move at our own pace without the pressure to keep up. That world has disappeared and the feelings of loss are real and run deep.

This is work I care about deeply. I know what it feels like to mourn that, and I know it's possible to find your way back to something that feels more human — even now.

Free Discovery Call (15 minutes)

A relaxed, informal conversation to see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no agenda — just a chance to talk about where you are and what you're looking for.

Initial Session (60 minutes)

Our first proper session together. We'll take the time to understand what's weighing on you, what you'd like your life to look like, and begin mapping out a realistic path forward.

Ongoing Coaching Sessions (45 minutes)

The continued work. Each session builds on the last — developing tools, working through challenges, and making the small, sustainable changes that add up over time.

Coaching vs. Therapy — What's the Difference?

Coaching and therapy can look similar from the outside, but they serve different purposes. Therapy often focuses on healing from the past — processing trauma, treating mental health conditions, working through diagnosis-related challenges. Coaching is more forward-facing — it's about where you are now and where you want to go, focusing on practical tools, mindset shifts, and sustainable change in daily life.

Coaching isn't a replacement for therapy, and if you're navigating something that needs clinical support, I'll always encourage you to seek that out too. But if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for a change — and you're looking for someone in your corner as you find your way forward — coaching may be exactly what you need.
